Topics will include a four step process to follow when preparing for and running negotiations, the three key roles in a negotiation and handling difficult situations such as negotiations ploys and dealing with tough negotiators. The workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their performance in formal or informal negotiations. The workshop will be highly participative with delegates sharing experiences and working on exercises. If you have a live negotiation you are working on or preparing for, or a recent one that you would like to de-brief then you will be able to work on them during these exercises.
