Auditing in the Downturn
Venue: Civic Hall, Leeds
Speaker: Neil Hunter, Head of Internal Audit at Leeds City
This event will give a personal viewpoint on what a modern internal audit plan should contain in order to exist in the challenging environment in which we are currently operating. In addition to providing the necessary assurances on the control environment of the organisation, the modern audit function should also contribute significantly to the transformation and efficiency agendas. This will require fundamental changes to the type of work that Internal Audit undertakes and also consideration of the types of skills and competencies required to succeed.
No charge
