Practical Inheritance Tax issues

This course will update participants in recent IHT developments with particular reference to the consideration of general planning techniques and planning to tackle specific problems. The technical analysis will include a review of the issues surrounding the ongoing attack on trusts, the FA2008 rules on transferable nil rate bands and topical case law decisions.
