Influencing skills workshop - Leeds
Venue: Crowne Plaza Hotel, Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL
Speaker: Rick Payne from the Finance and Management Faculty. Rick is a chartered accountant and an experienced trainer with an MSc in Organisational Behaviour.
Finance and Management members - £57.50 (incl VAT) Non-members - £80.50 (incl VAT). The course will introduce you to a range of influencing styles, which you will be able to tailor to different situations. You will practise skills ranging from direct persuasion and assertiveness to building collaborative relationships. This workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to have more impact on decisions and getting their own ideas put into practice. Please note, you may also find our afternoon workshop on negotiating skills useful. A free lunch will be provided if you attend both.
