The seminar's objectives are: Increase commercial and legal awareness. Identify why we have contracts and how they are created : the key principles. Recognise potential dangers, problems and pitfalls in doing deals. Explain some terminology and what they really mean. Navigate your way around a contract and its documentation. Identify where, in a deal lifecycle, a contract is made. Commercial risk : how to identify, mitigate and manage it. Are there commercial/legal questions that you have always wondered about? Ask them in this interactive seminar. We will use past experience, case law and real examples to illustrate the principles that will be covered.
