Good communication enhances personal wellbeing and reduces misunderstandings and distress. Delegates will also be able to learn skills to improve networking and influencing skills. Delegates will discuss the techniques of effective communication in more detail, giving participants opportunity to practice these in small safe groups. The trainer will facilitate group work, using, lecture style presentation, role play, discussion and individual questionnaires to identify personality groups and make personal plans to develop. Places are limited to 15 per session, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, however we will keep a waiting list of all those interested and aim to provide more courses in the future. Cost: £95. £85 early bird rate for bookings made by 21 September. Concession (unwaged) rate - £45 per session. £35 early bird rate for bookings made by 21 September
