To enable participants to: • Consider the causes of difficult behaviour and why people become difficult. • Recognise different behaviour types and how to deal with them • Consider the effect of their behaviour on others • Learn techniques to deal with difficult or angry people • Adopted Practiced approaches to deal with difficult behaviour • Deliver feedback assertively Places are limited to 15 per session, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, however we will keep a waiting list of all those interested and aim to provide more courses in the future. Cost: £95. £85 early bird rate for bookings made by 21 September. Concession (unwaged) rate - £45 per session. £35 early bird rate for bookings made by 21 September.
