Menu Choices - Starters: Soup of the day with our own bread, Smoked haddock and salmon fishcake with black pepper crème fraiche or Ham Hock Terrine with toasted brioche and a celeriac remoulard. Main Courses: Pan roasted lamb rump with mash potatoes, green beans and minted jus, Corn fed chicken breast with sautéed potatoes, spinach and red wine jus or Pan seared salmon fillet with crushed new potatoes, spinach and a white wine cream. Desserts: Warm chocolate brownie with honeycomb ice cream and chocolate sauce, Sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream and butterscotch sauce or Vanilla crème brulee with pineapple chilli jam.
