Delegates will discuss the techniques of effective communication in more detail, giving participants opportunity to practice these in small safe groups. The trainer will facilitate group work, using, lecture style presentation, role play, discussion and individual questionnaires to identify personality groups and make personal plans to develop. AIM - To identify, practise and develop good communication skills. Good communication skills enable people to: • Express ideas, thoughts and feelings clearly • Hear the opinions and responses of others • Manage reactions creatively and • Build more fulfilling relationships • Identify influencing tactics • Develop a supportive and collaborative work environment • Use logic and reason • Achieve business challenges • Increase confidence when networking and influencing.
