This seminar will familiarise delegates with the provisions of FA 2011 and provide a round up of other recent relevant tax developments including press releases, changes to HMRC guidance, current areas of consultation and recent court decisions. The provisions of the Chancellor’s pre-Budget report will also be included as an indication of areas on which consultation was and continues to be sought with a view to inclusion in later legislation.
